A Spooktacular Halloween
Congratulations Rodgers Forge! On October 31, we turned our lovely neighborhood into the most haunted place in Maryland – at least we sure think we did.
The RFCA would like to thank everybody who decorated, dressed up, and sent in their pictures to share their celebrations with us. The costumes were incredible, the houses were super spooky, and the pumpkins were everywhere… And after much deliberation, the results are in!
