If you've ever asked yourself that, please join us for an online community forum to hear from neighbors about their experiences of exclusion, contribute ideas to improve inclusion, and guide future priorities for Forge Equity. The forum will be facilitated by Rodgers Forge residents Dara Friedman-Wheeler and Ty. Wilkerson along with Dr. Risha Berry, founder and CEO of Strengths Find Her, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in coaching communities in problem-solving to eliminate structural inequalities in education and enhance economic mobility.
