COVID-19 Vaccinations
Baltimore County is moving into the 1B phase of the vaccination process for COVID-19. The plan is for the county to distribute the vaccine to the appropriate groups as it becomes available. If you are interested in receiving notification of your eligibility for vaccination, fill out the survey below.
Please note that filling out this form does not sign you up to receive the vaccine, but will allow the Baltimore County Health Department to notify you when you are eligible to receive it.
