Congratulations to all ghosts, goblins, and witches of The Forge! On October 31, we turned our neighborhood into the most haunted place in Baltimore, with lots of creativity and enthusiasm this year! The RFCA would like to thank everybody who decorated, dressed up, and sent in their pictures to share their celebrations with us. The costumes were incredible, the houses were super spooky, and the pumpkins were everywhere. The results are in!
