Resident Opportunity to Testify

Under the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act, Baltimore County has received approximately 80 million dollars this year with another 80 million slated to come in 2022 for economic recovery following the Covid pandemic. The county has formed an Economic Recovery Subcabinet to address how best to serve families, workers, and our community with these funds. More information can be found here.

In order to hear from Baltimore County citizens on their input, there will be a series of online meetings open to the public. The Subcabinet wants to hear from citizens and has listed the following options for you to have your say in the matter:

  • The meetings will be live-streamed on Baltimore County Government's Facebook page. Residents are encouraged to sign up and testify via Webex.

  • In order to testify during the input meetings, you must send an email to townhall@baltimorecountymd.gov including the following:

    • Name

    • Current Address

    • Organization or Business Name

    • The Baltimore County American Rescue Plan proposals that you would like to comment on (listed on the webpage)

  • Baltimore County would like to hear from you on how to prioritize this funding. TAKE THE SURVEY
