St. Pius School Sale Meeting

The Archdiocese of Baltimore is selling St. Pius X School, and some residents of the surrounding neighborhoods have expressed interest in Baltimore County purchasing the nearly 6-acre property to combine it with the neighboring 7-acre Forge Park. To purchase the property, the administration of County Executive John Olszewski Jr. could use Program Open Space funds, which are dedicated solely for securing more park space.

Interested residents are encouraged to attend and speak at next week's Planning Board Hearing - Tuesday, Feb. 27 - at 6 p.m. at Parkville High School.
