According to published information, the Towson Circulator is intended to be a localized transit service, which will provide public transportation to Towson’s core destinations and main attractions. The Towson Circulator will complement existing MTA service by providing more frequent stops and will better connect residents with surrounding major anchors, including:

• Greater Baltimore Medical Center

• Goucher College

• Sheppard Pratt Health Systems

• St. Joseph Medical Center

• Towson University

• Retail destinations

The Towson Circulator pilot will be free for all riders and is expected to begin in the fall of 2021.

The proposed operating hours of the Towson Circulator would be between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. on weekdays, and between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. on Saturdays, with no Sunday service.

The RFCA Board noted that the proposed routes are not optimal for use by Rodgers Forge residents. Therefore we are seeking community members' input on how the Circulator can better serve the neighborhood.

Please respond by 7PM on Monday, November 23, 2020.

In addition, your individual input about the Circulator can be sent to the County at TowsonCirculatorPilot@baltimorecountymd.gov.
